At The Vamika, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their jewellery and beauty product purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to return or exchange items purchased from our website.
Damaged or Tampered Package on Delivery
If the product you receive is in bad condition, or the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
You must record:

2 clear photos of the damaged package or product

After reviewing the evidence, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Return or Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
✔ Exchange is allowed if:

The item was damaged during transit

You received the wrong product
✔ In both cases above, we will cover the shipping charges.
✔ We may decline a refund if the product is undamaged, matches the original order, or if the request appears invalid or fraudulent.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
You must provide valid purchase proof (order confirmation email, SMS, etc.).
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Special festival or promotional offer items are not eligible for cancellation.
If an order is cancelled after payment:
A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted.
If goods were already shipped, both-way shipping fees will also be deducted.
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after returned goods are received.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us

2. Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Send the Item Back
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Write the RMA number clearly on the return label.
Use a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Refund Processing
After we receive and verify your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment made to the delivery partner (UPI/Card/Wallet),
➝ Store credit will be provided instead of refund.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Exchange/replacement deliveries will be completed within 5–7 business days.
We offer 2-day return only if the product is damaged or defective.
